In the article the main methods of control over financial stability of the knowledge-intensive enterprise are presented. The basic principle of management by financial stability - a goal-setting principle is considered. Stages of process of financial improvement of the enterprise are developed and proved; the economic indicators used in management process by financial improvement are generalized.
