In the article the mechanisms and methods of structural transformations focused on integration of the knowledge-intensive enterprises in new organizational structures are methodically proved, the intrinsic approach to a concept formulation "a kernel of the knowledge-intensive production complex" is offered, the model of definition of structure of a kernel of the integrated production structure is developed.
