Individual-storage model of financing services of municipal authority public health with use of universal electronic card

In the article possibilities of modernization of the mechanism of financial maintenance of public health services are investigated. The author introduction of system of medical memory accounts and integration of this system into a universal electronic card is offered. According to the author, realization of this project will allow to eliminate inherent in municipal system of public health services of distortion in financial maintenance. Integration of the medical memory account of the citizen into its universal electronic card allows to personify system of financing of public health services and to allocate the citizen with solvency and the right of quality assurance of medical aid.
