Estimation of real estates as a source of provinces' incomes in Russian empire: general approaches and analytical information

Incomes from taxation of real estates are important source of incomes of territorial budgets. In history of finances of the Russian regions there are interesting practices of estimation of real estates in provinces for the aims of taxation of obligatory collections. In the article the general rules of estimation are considered and historical information is presented on estimation' results (on an example of the Perm province).
