Successful activity of commercial bank in many respects is defined by marketing development in the bank sphere. The commercial bank works in constantly changing conditions that characterize the marketing environment. The analysis of this environment is reduced to monitoring the changes in the macro environment, which is not controlled by the bank, and market research. In the article the essence of market research, an order of its carrying out and action for results of research of marketing in banks of Kazakhstan are considered.
