Destructive impact of global financial and economic crisis on a banking system of the country revealed that the operating system of anti-recessionary regulation not fully corresponds to the functions of maintenance of stability in the banking sector. Author proved necessity to engage a new system of governmental crisis regulation which will be more adaptive for the future global crises.
