It has been almost twenty years from the date of the first law on insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia. For this period the Government of the Russian Federation together with other departments and the ministries constantly improve standard regulation of rendering of the state financial support to the insolvent organizations. In article it is analyzed changes of acts on financial improvement the enterprise.
