The organization and problems of functioning of system of pension provision in the Arkhangelsk region

This article is devoted research of bases of the organization and problems of functioning of system of provision of pensions in the Arkhangelsk region. The role of pension systems in state social policy is considered. Incomes and expenses of regional branch of the Pension fund of the Russian Federation are studied. The basic indicators of provision of pensions of inhabitants region are investigated. The basic problems of obligatory pension insurance, characteristic as for all system, and caused by regional features of the subject of the Russian Federation are revealed. Directions of their decision are defined.
