Investment as a form of effective use of temporarily available funds of the enterprise belongs to the financial instruments, allowing to compensate deficiency of money in various sectors of economy. In the article the analytical review of financial investments in Russia in 2005-2010, held on the basis of data of Federal service of the state statistics is presented.
