Budgetary-tax system RF: state of the crisis

In the article the actual problem of perfection of management of public finances is considered. It is proved that the federal budget of the Russian Federation has actually lost the target orientation, and the main function of the tax-budgetary mechanism is redistribution of the national income on the maintenance of bureaucracy and on the service purpose is artificial inflated state obligations.
