The concept of the financial mechanism for macro and micro levels is made in the article. It is elaborated set of elements that make up the structure of the financial mechanism. Purpose of the financial mechanism - increasing the value of the company is defined. From the point of view of the process approach the concept of the financial mechanism of management is given. The mechanism of management by expenses as a component of the financial mechanism is allocated.
