Priority directions of financial stimulation of workers of tax departments

In this article it is offered author’s point of view on order of definition of size of payment of workers of territorial tax departments. It is worked out appreciation’s criterions of estimation of inspectors activity’s and also determined priority directions of financial stimulation’s perfection tax management’s efficiency.
