The main strategic direction of a pension reform becomes gradual transition from distributing system of the social security, founded on solidarity of the generations, to saving pension system, providing individual pension savings in savings pension funds. This system is formed and can demonstrate instability, in spite of available successes. Hence – need of the study of practical persons operating the main models of the pension systems, existing for border.
