Regulation and the checking of the parameters of the remuneration for labor at the level of local self-guidance as the element of the regional budgetary politics

In the system of regional budget policy and inter-budget relations between the regions of the Russian Federation and the municipal formation there is the important question: regulation and control of the parameters of salary in the local self-governments. In the article the main elements of regional standards for the expenditures on the salary for the municipal formations, which were set in Sverdlovsk region for the 2011–2012 years are described.
