In the article expansion and deduction factors by the financial organizations of the retail clientele, criteria of economic and emotional loyalty of physical persons are analyzed. The technique of measurement and system of an estimation of reputation of financial institutions are considered, methods of improvement of quality of the servicing, used by the companies in the financial market of Russia are analyzed.
