Based on the analysis of the experience of developed countries, the most typical forms of organization and problems of financial education in the workplace abroad, the methods of motivation of employers are considered in the article. The problems of organizing such a form of training in Russia, the ways the state's participation in the process of financial education of the population with jobs are revealed.
