International investments during the transition to the innovative way of development

The transition to innovative economy increasing dependence of competitiveness of economy on investment maintenance is shown. In article it is proved that the special role in formation of competitiveness of the Russian economy is played by foreign investment resources. The conclusion that with high level of protection of interests of investors and accumulation of innovative potential get of the country competitive advantages in struggle for investments is drawn.
