Ways of the solutions of the problems of financial support of local budgets (on example Vladimir region)

The article presents the main aspects related to the creation of income and financing costs of municipal budgets of the Vladimir region. The main problems of insufficient funds to cover a substantial list of expenses are identified and disclosed. The measures promoting strengthening of financial base of municipalities of the Vladimir region are resulted and suggestions for improving the efficiency of budget spending.
