Current state and development prospects of the Russian market of the stock exchange bonds

In the article the analysis of parameters of the Russian market of corporate bonds, as a whole, and the market of the stock exchange bonds, in particular is presented. Upward dynamics of the rates of growth of the share market of the stock exchange bonds in the total amount of corporate bonds market for the period from 2008 to the first half of 2011 became the basis for the consideration of the reasons for the active growth of the market of the stock exchange bonds on the home and the modern stage of its development, and definition of prospects of development of this segment of the market of corporate debt.
