Budgetary planning and the budgetary control in the agrarian and industrial complex organizations

In the article the essence of budgetary planning at the agriculture enterprises is revealed. The budgeting system allows to supervise organization activity, and also to deduce on new level administrative work, in due time to reveal lacks of work of the organizations and to eliminate the reasons of deviations of various indicators of their activity.
