The article describes important characteristics of custody infrastructure of capital markets in CIS countries as well as analysis of major problems related to integration development opportunities. The current level of custody cooperation and the steps to their convergence are described. The article includes measures to promote integration of the element of infrastructure capital markets of the CIS.
