The article reviews the experience of the Republic of Mordovia in the field of the development and implementation of indicators system of efficiency of activity of public authorities and civil servants. Particular attention is paid to studying the process of implementation, results and possibilities to continue the experiment «Creating and implementing a system of performance indicators for civil servants, differentiated on the activities of state bodies», which is held in the republic since 2010.
