Illusory austerity from the use of outsourcing for the needs of the army

In the article the expediency of transfer on outsourcing of no major rear functions of Armed forces of the Russian Federation (AF the Russian Federation) is revealed. Unreasoned use of outsourcing can lead to not only uneconomical expenditure of money resources, but also to other negative consequences: a loss of experience of performance of the given function; to qualified personnel reduction, loss of control over the function transferred to outsourcing.
