In the article the approach to the organization of according to plan-look-ahead works at the enterprise of agrarian and industrial complex in the conditions of uncertainty of volumes of output and production purchase is considered. Process of interaction of the enterprise with the wholesale-purchasing organizations is described by stochastic model of supply and demand. The analysis of manufacture and production realization on an example of agricultural production cooperative is carried out.
