Now the volume of financial maintenance of basic researches in Russia considerably lags behind level of the developed countries. In the article the complex analysis of theoretical aspects of financing of fundamental scientific researches is carried out. This analysis can be widely used for development of system of financing of the Russian fundamental science and construction of optimum model of its financial support.
