The article is dedicated to a study of the most urgent task, confronting the system of internal check in the commercial bank, organizations of control medium as one of the elements of system for the exception of the repetition of those revealed of earlier deficiencies both by the service of internal check and by the external controlling bodies, and also abuses from the side of the responsible executors and third persons with conducting of bank operations and transactions.
