In the article is based, which simultaneously with the completion of the procedure of bankruptcy of citizen obtains a several of negative consequences, including the limitation of its property rights, significant reduction in the financial attractiveness as the former bankrupt, loss by it the business standing. Therefore the period, during which are limited the separate rights of citizen-bankrupts it must be used by them for the instruction, for the purpose of restoration in status of a full-fledged participant in the economic relations.
