Complication of administrative problems of the strategic and operative character, the increasing volume of the information is became task of formation of the unified methodology headed on department of controlling. In the article the concept of the balanced system of the controlling, necessary for strategic management on the basis of the authentic data about the external and internal environment of the enterprise is considered.
