Management of risks of investment activity of industrial holdings within the limits of the balanced scorecard

In the article the role of strategic planning of risks in a control system of investment activity of industrial holdings is proved. Interaction of a complex control system by risks (ERM) and systems of the balanced indicators (BSC) is defined. Various approaches to integration ERM and BSC are investigated. The algorithm of construction ERM on the basis of BSC is offered. The conclusion that in the conditions of uncertainty of the market environment application of both concepts allows to raise probability of achievement of strategic targets of industrial holdings is drawn.
