One of the most important and socially significant questions for the state is the guarantee of citizens of Russia accessible dwelling. However, there are questions relative to the procedure of the estimation of the accessibility of dwelling. In the article world and Russian experience is analyzed and on the basis this is made an attempt at the improvement of the procedure of the estimation of the accessibility of dwelling for the citizens of the Russian Federation.
