Position of foreign banks in the Russian banking system

In the article positions of foreign banks in bank system of Russia are analyzed and estimated. For last decade banks with participation of non-residents have considerably strengthened the presence in the Russian market. The reason of it is financial globalization and a growing competition in the market of bank services which have led to massive expansion of the banking capital in the markets of the countries which have passed to the market housekeeper.
