Subventions in the system of inter-budget relations between the region and the municipalities

In the article the analytical research of subventions as a type of inter-budget transfers in the system of inter-budget relations of region and municipal formations (in Sverdlovskaya oblast) is submitted. On the base of systematization of different purposeful subventions in 1998–2011 years the author is formed the conclusions about subventions’ role and importance and also about key tendencies of financial processes in budget system of Russian Federation and subject of Russian Federation.
