Tax stimulation to restructuring of the financial resources of the enterprises in the real sector of economy

The article is dedicated to the study of the effectiveness of the set of instruments of the guarantee of a restructuring of the financial resources of enterprises. The state can determine the number of the priority branches of the economies to which will be disseminated the action of the special regime of taxation and insurance. As a result the enterprises will obtain from the state the strongest stimulus for that so that it is less returning the taxes to have the large profit and more intensively to be developed for the good of the working associations and society as a whole.
