Synergistic value appraisal of enterprises in terms of restructuring

This article is a review of the meat industry enterprise in terms of a merger. There is a market value appraisal of an enterprise with the help of income capitalization approach and capital market method in the sales comparison approach, synergetic effect is defined, and it is the basis of synergistic value appraisal.
