The program state co-financing of pensions as a threat to destabilize the economy, Government and Society

The article shows the disadvantage of the program of state co-financing pensions to citizens in comparison with bank deposits and its principled unreasonableness for citizens, and also is shown the destabilizing consequences for the economy, government and society withdrawal of funds from the current consumption of citizens and of the Russian budget deficit under this program and the direction their growth purely speculative stock market.
