The main problems of an international system of financial monitoring

The paper presents the main principles of the development and functioning of the international system of financial monitoring. The author argues that globalization of the financial interactions has resulted in the engagement of national governments in the system at the rate that was not seen before. The system plays an increasingly important role in the international relations, however its effectiveness is not yet sufficient.
