Some legal maintenance budget process in Germany

In the article it is researched the problem of the lawful guarantee of a budgetary process in Germany. The practice of preparation and examination of the project of federal budget in the Germany is analyzed. The conclusion is done that the use of a positive foreign experience will contribute to the improvement of the legal standards, which regulate budgetary process in the Russian Federation.
