Article is dedicated to the analysis of the risks of investment project. This is the objective need for the investor, as the project often takes place under conditions of uncertainty. A comprehensive analysis of possible risks and estimate potential losses will allow the investor to work out in advance measures to minimize and eliminate risks and thus achieve the expected profitability ratios and efficiency.
