Preparation of a draft national budget: British experience

This article examines the laws inherent in the budget process the United Kingdom. Examines the positive experience it can be used in domestic conditions. It is concluded that the domestic practice of drafting the federal budget can be improved taking into account the individual elements of the British experience.
