Diagnosis of the effectiveness of municipal services in education

Improving the quality and accessibility of public and municipal services is identified as one of the main aim of the Federal Program of increasing of efficiency of budget expenditure until 2012. In this article is considered the mechanism of evaluating the implementation effectiveness of a municipal task through the provision of services. The most important factors, that affect the efficiency of providing municipal services, were selected by the help of cluster, dispersion, correlation and regression analysis. These conclusions are also presented in the article.
