Monitoring of Voronezh region business society activity and human resources demands

The paper represents the results of the current personnel preferences research of the employers and long term predictions for 6 years. The assumptions for the formation of the human resources policy at the enterprises of Voronezh region were revealed on the basis of the business activity and investment climate in the region, judgmental estimates of whether the crises has ended, attitude to inflation and interest rates. Particular attention is paid to the portfolio construction of instrumental skills set that graduates should possess. The possible results are the established personnel selection methods and the ways business interacts with higher schools.
