For the successful development of the enterprises of domestic petroleum complex is necessary the development of strategy of innovation development to the long-term outlook. The same could become strategy of the vertical integration, practical realization of which was called to ensure economic attractiveness, financial stability and profitability of the petroleum sector of Russian power engineering.
