Using the analytic hierarchy process with complex estimation management's efficiency

The problem of estimation management's efficiency and unification of measures enabling to build on a unite system for management's processes was actualized in that paper. For calculation the complex estimation analytic hierarchy process was used.  The method allows to create a model of high quality based on expert's mentions.
