Domestic and foreign experience shows that problem of a choice of the optimum supplier can be successfully solved by using methods of competitive purchases. In the article particular attention is given to the process of a choice of finding reliable suppliers. The decision of this problem can be solved by fairly carried out competitive purchasing procedures. The author analyzes the basic methods of merit and deficiencies in the purchases.
