Outsourcing of financial security in defense Ministry of the Russian Federation (following the example, of defense ministry the financial insurance board in Zabaikalsky region)

In the work is revealed the procedure of the determination of the economic expediency of transfer to outsourcing of the financial guarantee of armed forces of the Russian Federation. The unconsidered use of outsourcing can lead to the uneconomical expense of cash resources, the loss of the experience of the fulfillment of this function, the reduction of the qualified personnel, the loss of control of the cash resources.
