Budget classification - structural grouping of regional budgets in 2011

In the article is carried out an analysis of regional budget expenditures in Sverdlovsk region in accordance with new budget classification of expenditures. Is shown the role of budget classification as structural grouping, i.e. instrument, which allows to make deductions about structure and priorities of expenditures. Expenditures of regional budget in 2010 and 2011 years are compared, principal alterations are identified which connect with reform of budget classification.
