The study of the experience of alternative policies in the housing sector of foreign countries and models of management of apartment houses was carried out on the basis of generalization of available publications of the foreign states. The study of foreign experience allows analyzing the influence of external factors and state regulation in the housing market and the improvement of housing conditions.
