Labor migration management on the basis of system of taxpayer rating estimation

Is examined by one of the threats of economic safety - high level of the use of migrants in the shady sector of economy of Sverdlovsk region and as consequence the high level of the falling out incomes of the budget of region. Is proposed the tool of the regulation of working migration, based on the system of the rating estimation of taxpayer (working migrant and employer).
