Revitalization of regional innovative using cluster approach

In the article the methods of making more active and improving the innovation medium in the industry of Russian regions are examined. It is noted that the most dynamic development obtain those regions, where innovation clusters were formed. Are isolated the major advantages and the problematic zones of the regional economic system, organized according to the diagram of cluster.
