In the article theoretical approaches to the estimation of corporate integration from the position of the effectiveness of the functioning of economic subjects in the composition of corporations are examined. The contemporary tendencies in the region of corporate building are analyzed. Are shown the advantages of the successful incorporation of enterprises into the composition of corporate structures, and also the characteristic errors in the selection of motives and strategies of integration.
